We provide safe and supervised visitation at our Family Life Center which allows contact between a non-custodial parent and one or more children in the presence of a third person responsible for observing and seeking to ensure the safety of those involved. We also offer safe and supervised custody exchanges for a transfer of a child from one parent to the other.
The Safe Havens program was established to fund communities to create a coordinated response to the issues of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence and/or stalking in child custody cases. Our Family Life Center offers families with these issues supervised visitation and exchanges to help ensure no further violence occurs. We are partnered with the CJCC, Forsyth County Family Haven, and No One Alone (NOA) in Dawson County to create this coordinated community response to domestic and dating violence.
