Kristen has a passion for helping people and a desire to learn new ways to better serve her community. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from the University of North Georgia and is currently pursuing a Masters of Social Work Degree at the University of Georgia. Kristen interned with SAFFT and DFCS while working on her undergraduate degree, which made her the perfect candidate for the FSM role. Kristen stated, “During my internships, I experienced many different perspectives of those involved in the foster care system, which allows me to keep an open mind when working with our clients. I am excited to work with SAFFT and alongside parents to reach their goals.”
